Munich, 1970. The agency founders Dr. Peter Haller and Rolf O. Stempel come up with an idea. A business idea. Or rather the innovative concept of not only offering creation, but furthermore integrated marketing solutions. They base their company on a detailed model of strategy, planning, implementation and distribution: the so-called Serviceplan.

Serviceplan developed the concept of the “House of Communication” – to date, the only completely integrated agency model in Germany combining all modern communication disciplines under one roof: from brand strategists and creative, media, digital and technology experts to market researchers, PR consultants and sales professionals.

With 24 of our own locations and further established partnerships, the Serviceplan Group is represented in a total of 35 countries worldwide and all of the important economic areas. Due to the close cooperation with partner agencies, the Serviceplan Group is present in the most important global economic regions.

Experts from all areas of modern communication are collaborating in our “Houses of Communication” on a constant pursuit for innovative ideas, trends and new technologies. An innovative and integrated way of thinking and working is at the focus of all our activities. This makes Serviceplan one of the top creative brands worldwide.

The Serviceplan Group is the largest independent agency group in Europe. One of our key success factors is the partner model where our managing directors are holding substantial stakes in their respective agency. This model guarantees our independence and gives us the freedom and flexibility to make the choices and decisions we believe in.

Our claim is to build up sustainable, economically successful and fascinating brands for our clients. We create creative, media and technological relevance for their target groups, guaranteeing a modern, efficient and target group-specific approach. Our aim for the future is to continue turning brands into Best Brands.
